        Дорогие соотечественники, НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ СЕЛИТЕСЬ В ЭТОМ КОНДО ! Please DON'T choose this condo! It’s NOT SAFE for your health! Не ведитесь на красивые картинки! Жить тут невозможно. Мы сбежали через полгода, не оглядываясь. Депозит нам не вернули, хотя налицо были нарушения условий жизни. Соседи из других корпусов того же мнения. Менеджмент бестолковый! А агент Антонио не пришел даже принять квартиру в конце - настолько не хотел в глаза нам смотреть и отвечать на неудобные вопросы. Сейчас он знает обо всех проблемах и продолжает сдавать эти дефектные квартиры. Просто ужас. These apartments look very stylish and beautiful, but it is impossible to live here! Unpleasant smells ( dampness / sewerage ) in the apartment that cannot be eliminated. Nobody can fix it!!! mold in the apartment! New apartment! And the main problem is water! It is rusty and dirty and smells very bad. The water constantly turns off suddenly and we went to bed many times without a shower. For two months we had to wash our faces and brush teeth with bottled water. We asked the management to fix the problem lots of times - they received only promises, but no one came during TWO MONTH. Management team boss (Anna) is unprofessional: she promised to send help, but nothing happened. And then (after 2 month) she said “this is not my job, contact another department to solve water problems” And never once gave contacts and did not tell where it is. I sent all the photos and videos - the result is zero. She stopped even responding to my messages. (all messages are kept for proof). Utility bills - we were never sent them on time! always had to ask. And there were always mistakes. There are ALWAYS some problems in this place! So tired if this. We had to leave the apartment early and lose the deposit! All violations of living conditions, as we saw, are not a reason to return the deposit. When we checked in, the bathtub was broken (it took 4 days to repair), almost all the doors of the closets were broken, the apartment was dirty (I had to do the cleaning myself). Our agent Antonio helped with these questions, BUT as soon as the problems began to get serious and we informed that we wanted to leave the apartment (because of the water) and we wanted to return the deposit - he said that it was NOT HIS PROBLEM, and we need to contact the management office (where we were also ignored). Antonio didn't even come to accept the apartment on our last day and apologize for all the inconvenience. He didn't want to look us in the eye. This is very unprofessional. So now he knows about all these problems but continue to sell apartments. Oh my God…. BE CAREFUL! This is our third home in Phuket and this is the first time we have faced with such unprofessionalism. We are so tired of this condo and water. I had allergies, inflammation. I had to be treated. We will post this info wherever we can! To warn people.

        Very convenient location. Stunning seaview. Comfortable beds. Swimming pool is perfect for toddlers. Management and personally Mrs. Kum Kwan solves all questions quickly and professionally. But the most important is very warm and sincere hospitality. Don't hesitate to choose that condo if they have free apartments.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
