This is located, call it a block, from a beach. The beach is a soft white sand beach with nearly no current and a great view of the sunset. This beach is also patrolled by locals doing trinket sales and people pushing jetskis, paragliding, and other speed related water activity. There are a few protected sections for swimming... there are some other beaches close, but this is walking distance. The main street in and out is the one that lines the beach. Shops, restaurants, and hotels far as the eye can see. Locals pushing their wears. If you are into the party scene there is another road a block from the hotel that is a verity of cannabis, clothing, food, pharmacy, 7-elevens, and clubs. Party every night. You can get to that road easily from the Kee by walking down a side alley of sorts lines with strip clubs with small open air bars down the middle. It is also a few blocks from a mall and a few markets. The hotel itself? It is a resort and priced accordingly. The accommodations they provide are very high compared to what you can get from local places just a few blocks away. Food is restaurant quality, but nothing special. The eating space is open for with a smoking side and non-smoking side. Spa and other accommodations are high, so just find a local place. Room care is standard hotel level. Pool is nothing special.l aside from room access and the size. The place looks great. People are polite. If you are a party person, the location is perfect.

Wonderful hotel and location. Greeted by Honey working at the check in desk. She was amazing and very helpful. Always waving at me when I walked by, asking if we needed anything and had a big smile. Arranged a car to airport for us as well. Top notch people and hotel. Jim

This hotel was very close to Patong Beach, but you would not know it by how well insulated the rooms and the hotel in general were constructed, and the resort was very quiet. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good. At one point in our trip, a fresh coat of paint had been applied to the walls in a room adjacent to ours, and we phoned the front desk to let them know that the fumes were very strong in our room. Within 5 minutes, the staff had us relocated to another, even better room, which we were very thankful for. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Khun One ( thank you so much). Good location just 170 meters walking. This hotel have a beautiful swimming pool and rooms. I didn’t try the jacuzzi in my room but could say its seems nice. The housekeeper girls are so friendly and polite. I definitely would stay here again in a future. It was a great experience at The Kee.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but old. The pillows were so high/big that both of our neck/shoulders ached all week. The girl street starts almost immediately from the entrance to the hotel. The noise reaches the rooms, which is why the hotel provided one set of earplugs. The walls are very thin and even the sounds of breakfast can be clearly heard in the rooms. If you have noisy people next to your room, your sleep is guaranteed to be ruined. Breakfast was a farce. We managed to get 1 time bacon during our whole week holiday, otherwise the bowl was empty. It seemed that the staff was rationing the bacon on display. Honestly, once (maybe)every half hour they put out a small plate of bacon, which was enough for maybe 3 people. Fried eggs and things like yogurt, pancakes, donuts were often scarce or not displayed at all. I would not recommend to order food from the hotel restaurant. It is overpriced and the quality isn’t that great. Same thing with cocktails. I think the few drinks I ordered were 50% of water lol

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
