        We stayed here Thanksgiving week, during which time the hotel decorated for Christmas. I love this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and quiet. The location is perfect, very near the V&A and walkable to Chelsea, South Ken, most of central London. The spacious and comfortably furnished seating areas on the main floor were inviting. High recommendation.

        This is a lovely, luxurious hotel with great service in a good position. We were greeted by the staff warmly from the moment we arrived and all were extremely professional. The bar and sitting areas of the hotel are beautiful and decadent. Even the staircase up to the rooms was impressive with its antique paintings. Visiting in the festive period it was very cosy and Christmassy too! The room itself (standard double) was relatively small but comfortable, clean and of a high quality despite this. It's extremely convenient for the Victoria and Albert and Natural History museums and a short walk to the Albert Hall. It's not a cheap option obviously, but for London we didn't feel it was overpriced. All in all a good stay and we would return.

        We stayed at The Kensington Hotel for 4 days and could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The service was superb. We were treated like royalty with every need met with a high level of service. Harvey was very responsive, friendly and professional and it felt as if he truly was anticipating every single need we might have. He made sure a birthday cake was delivered to our room which was a lovely gesture. The staff at the front desk, the concierge, porters and wait staff all were friendly and so accommodating - greeting each guest like a long lost friend. The room was luxurious - the bathroom was huge! Bed was comfortable, all amenities were available. We used the laundry service and our clean clothes were hung in our closet (by Harvey of course!) when we had returned. We ate dinner at The Townhouse restaurant and had Afternoon Tea in the drawing room. Each a great experience. If you like staying in South Kensington and enjoy the luxuries of impeccable service and plush surroundings, I highly recommend The Kensington Hotel. We could not be more pleased with how we were treated by Harvey, Petronella, and the staff.

        Went for Afternoon Tea for my mums birthday and was greeted by staff upon entry which was nice. Service was good but for the calibre of this hotel I expected better. The following issues arose; 1. A loud child running up & down for an excessive amount of time that was so disruptive, I had to request staff involvement. 2. Our tea came out with no milk and took so long to come the actual tea got cold. 3. We had to ask for the refil of tea. No one came to check. 4. Our waiter must have left or finished his shift but he couldn't be seen any longer, which meant no consistency in service. 5. Had to chase them down to pay as after I requested it, it never came. I saw another party had to do the same.

        I came here for a treat for my birthday just for food. £22 for a crab roll with fries. Sat in the lounge so was eating off our laps on a sofa. Not that comfortable. Then the waiter cleared the table and took half my fries with them when I hadn’t actually finished. At that price, pretty unacceptable. Wouldn’t bother again, bit disappointing.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
