This hotel was an absolute disaster, a place that left me feeling frustrated and utterly disappointed. Upon arrival, the scarce 8-10 parking spaces were completely taken, forcing me to park outside in what felt like a dangerous area. The hotel itself seemed to close in on me, so tiny and confined that I could hear the muffled voices of guests in the next room as though they were right beside me. But the true horror began at night. The hotel's proximity to the main road, coupled with its poor-quality windows, allowed the relentless traffic noise to invade the room, becoming a night-long torment that grew especially unbearable in the early morning hours. This was not just a stay; it was a nightmare, an ordeal that left me regretting my choice bitterly. There's a nearby hotel that costs only 500 Baht more, and it's like a sanctuary with spacious rooms, soft beds, and blessed silence. Please, learn from my mistake; avoid this place like the plague. It's not just the worst hotel; it's a dreadful experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

The rooms are spacious and clean the service is great they took us in even though our payment was suspended, we really appreciate, the location is good. I hope they can work on the smell in bathrooms and the hallway, and the decorations are a bit dull and old.

We stayed there for a quick check up at Bangkok hospital (which is close by). It was easy to find since it is situated on the Main Road Rama IX, conveniently there's a 7/11 right next door. We stayed in the superior suite, we had a good bed, hot water on demand, clean sheets, air conditioning, a balcony, with breakfast included. They have set meals included with some of the rooms. I enjoyed their coffee and fresh food. The cafe is called Kinnston and is situated in the lobby. Although the restaurant is open to all it's mostly frequented by hotel guests in the mornings, nice place to catch up on work. I wasn't able to check out the view from the roof since I was mostly going to and from the hospital. The area behind the hotel is lovely for a walk (walk distance western standard). The staff were super polite and super helpful even when you could see other patrons struggle with language and culture. The Kinn, like most of Thailand is wonderful, especially if you try and learn Thai. The only down side is this isn't a backpaper/economical choice, given the location and neighborhood. Also book directly through them and not booking intermediaries.

Representative of the hotel was waiting for me on arrival. I was a test and go arrival so i was then brought to have my test. This transfer was in a private van which i appreciated given i wanted to limit my contact with others as much as possible at that time. I think went to the hotel where we had to sort out some documents. I then went to my room where food was already prepared. The room was very comfortable. Woke up the next morning, checked the morchana app, test had been negative. The hotel printed me off a copy of the negative test and off i went. A very pleasant experience given the circumstances and great value for money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
