Huge room(s) and overall a very comfortable place to stay. Location is great if you spend most of your time in Chaoyang, plus it’s close to the (capital) airport. They mostly cater to locals, and staff English proficiency was limited. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment.

This was a bad choice for a hotel in Beijing. Though the breakfasts are nice and rooms comfy (albeit a bit run-down), most of the staff members are not anywhere near helpful or considerate. Barely anyone speaks English here, literally no one smiles, plus the check-in was long and very chaotic. The staff at the swimming pool ONLY allowed guests if they bought an overpriced swimming hat - I have never seen this anywhere else, and they wouldn’t back down from this stupid concept. This should not happen at such a location, and the staff should prove as helpful as possible.

Comfortable bed with great amenities, friendly staff and a lot of food choices in their buffet. I have stayed here for two weeks and I really enjoyed it here! The room is clean, and spacious. The linens are clean. Love the jacuzzi in my room. The elevator is clear and situated where you can see the city. This looks very beautiful especially at night.

2/10/22 First time here. We had the buffet for dinner. The selection was good. The beer is expensive but it's a fancy place so that's what you should expect. After dinner we went up to the 29th floor to the rotating bar/restaurant (***opens@20:00) Very nice views and yes expensive drinks and food. The service was really good in both places. Heading back tonight 2/12 for the 29th floor experience. So we had a fun time on the 29th floor. I had a burger and it was really good! Service was top notch. The views are great. Several different seating options as well.

The hotel is great, all facilities are perfect, the buffet for the breakfast is covering all the taste... So why only 3 stars? Because if the personal is sympathic, the communication in English is just a nightmare. Better to have some good notions of Mandarin to go there. Really a pity, because everything else works well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
