The previous owner of the hotel is Hilton Hotel. It was the first 5 stars Hilton hotel operating in mainland China since 1990s. The hotel has its charm from that era: the palm court in the lobby mixed with traditional Chinese garden design, heighten up celling etc. The facility in the hotel is good but just a little old fashion. We had a good stay though. The hotel has everything we need. The location is superb! It is about 10 mins walk from Jing’ An temple (静安寺）, where three subways (Metro 2, 7 14 line ) are available. It is also next to Hua Shan Road (华山路）, where you can have a nice walk or morning run. The road leads to French Concession area. A lot of trees, historical sites, coffee shops and restaurants. Very elegant and quite to walk around. Like the most hotels in China, the Chinese breakfast buffet is amazing… a lot of food and options for both Chinese and western styles.

Nice e modern hotel very well situated near Jing An temple. Interior is modern with some nice Chinese art and an indoor atrium where breakfast is served. Rooms are pretty decent size for the hotel tier/location. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is a problem: bathtub shower, low water pressure. Very limited service. Which is a shame.

Gorgeous hotel in the Jianan area. About a 10 min drive to The Bund. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, including Halal and Indian food. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had at any hotel in Shanghai. Interior decor is high end, rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Service is pretty good. This has become our corporate hotel of choice.

Actually a very nice hotel with a decent ambience and a good location BUT: The Gym has opening hours from 0700 to 2200. Why not 24hrs?? During vacations or during a business trip I want to work out when I need it or when I can fit it in. At a 5 star Hotel this should be definitely possible...

Booked a room with breakfast through hotel website. Hotel refused to let me have breakfast at restaurant and said we booked with simple breakfast only 1 bread and 1 coffee. If you want better experience, recommend another hotel. This is definitely not 4-5 stars hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
