        As of right now, the state of the LA grand Hotel has not been in operation for a couple of years since 2020 to be precise. This is due to the fact of, it was bought out during the pandemic to accommodate people in need of shelter for prevention of cOVID-19 in elderly, homeless, and as well as support in elimination of homelessness. they eventually opened it up to the age ranges of all with the exception kids, I believe. I live here at the LA Grand so this is how I know. It was ran by the Salvation Army, but now it is ran by the Weingart Company.

        Previously it was a famous hotel. Now it's a homeless center. Homeless people can live here by different case management authorities. The hotel provides nice security and services to its residents.

        We had a great time during our stay, however the problems began when we left several items behind in our room. After no fewer than 8 calls, somebody from security went up to the room and found our items. We filled out the proper lost and found papers and asked how we could arrange and pay to have our item shipped to us. 5 days latter and we can't get any answers out of the staff at the hotel. The staff has become rude and unhelpful. We are completing our visit and leaving the country in 2 weeks

        The salvation army is kinda jacked because homeless people are just a business to them , each employee their own person but the general policies and procedure leave every one negligent or passing blame. I need not digress, just don't complain

        Great downtown location. The hotel staff could not have been more courteous and helpful! The first floor restaurant and lobby bar were very comfortable with very good food at reasonable prices! Rooms were a comfortable size with very comfortable bedding - mattress, pillows & linens! Easy highway/street access. I'd definitely stay here again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
