Excellent place to stay. 10 minutes walk to Nizami Street and sea-side. Rooms are specious. Good breakfast options. Clean and well furnished rooms with all five star amenities. Helpful receptionist. For the VAT certificate, make sure to get the government official document. The one provided by the hotel was useless. Overall , it was a good and comfortable stay.

The hotel is very nice situated in the middle center and can access shopping easily . Staff very helpful from Reception staff Ameer , to room sevice staff . The restaurant on roof top has amazing view to Baku city . Waiters are very friendly & welcoming thank you to waiter Ali & waitress Shaker good job all the best . Shima Qabbani

Visited this hotel for a work function during the Grand Prix. Good facilities and staff were excellent at keeping it as tidy as they could. Bar staff great. Food selection very generous!

Stayed in Feb 2019 for the second time in nearly two years. Checking in rather late, I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Muradali. He ensured that, this time, my room faced the Caspian sea and also kindly helped me with printing. The room was similarly configured as before but with a nicer sea view. It is a good comfortable size and quiet enough for rest after jet-lagging flights. I love the chef's made-to-order omelettes at breakfast - he really made them well done as I love and was truly delicious with the caramelized onions. The omelette became the highlight that I looked forward to each morning! Because it was winter, the fireplace at one end of the breakfast room was lit by wood fire which provided natural warmth and a subtly comforting smell that I love. The executive lounge on the 21st floor was also welcoming and a nice place to relax or meet with friends for a chat. The unassuming ground floor entrance of the hotel (take the right-side revolving door instead of the left which leads to offices), and the reception, may make one question whether the Landmark is really 5stars. And there may be other international 5stars hotels nearby but I was happy to stay here again. We visited the nearby Hilton for meetings and lunch and it seemed more visually luxurious but felt perhaps less warm and personable.
