        Great hotel with great staff and great breakfast. Enjoyed our stay as a whole family and will be back soon. Staff worked really hard to make sure our stay and experience remain top notch. They are patient and friendly. One of the best place in HK.

        We stayed in a L600 deluxe room at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental hotel for two weeks. The room was lovely with giant bathtub enough to fit two person! The layout provided a comfortable living space without being a suite. Only downside is its location means you do not have any view apart from other office blocks, and therefore limited daylight to maintain some privacy. We had breakfast included in our rate, and the choice between two restaurants were very good. Spa area was clean and has many facilities. The gym has good set of modern equipment and never felt crowded. The highlight has to be the staff in the hotel. From reception to restaurants, everyone made you felt welcomed yet not overwhelmed. They are happy to chat and had great rapport. A WhatsApp channel was provided to handle requests in a personal manner which was a nice touch.

        The room is quite nice and location is good. It's in the central business district. However, I experienced an poor service by the Head of House Keeping. She entried my room without informing me. Her attitude was really bad too. I was shocked and don't even believe it could happen in a five star hotel.

        Thank you for the warm welcome my wife was really moved with the set up and the staff are really friendly. Ms. Cherry from Concierge made sure that everything was settled even though she is also taking her vacation. Mr. Chris the Manager also take time to greet me and wife always checking on us. The reception and concierge as well as the restaurant staff are all superb. Thank you for giving us a very wonderful experience.

        I made a reservation at a Mandarin fan club. I was disappointed that the view was not good, but I was moved because Doorman and other staff members greeted me by calling my name from the first day. The service was excellent. Hana, a Korean employee at the breakfast restaurant mo bar, was also kind. The location is excellent.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
