        This is hands down the best Marriott property I've stayed at in Chicago. The flexible room service hours, the quality of F&B, the turndown service, the wonderfully stocked mini bar, the attention to detail, everything was amazing. I stayed for my birthday weekend on points as a silver member and felt like a VIP guest thanks to the customer service and the kindness of every staff member I encountered. Thank you for truly one of the best hotel stays I've had in years, if not in my top experiences period. I can't wait to stay here again. I only wish it had been easier to submit a complimentary review.

        It’s a very beautiful hotel with neat and clean rooms, service is great! The front desk is very nice to offer us a quiet room with nice view and they also provide us a lot of useful information of the hotel. Also, the hotel provides free shuttle if you want go to near places within 2 miles. A lot of places are walkable distance. The bed and pillow are very comfortable as well, I think it might be the same one as W hotel offered. Overall,it’s a five star experience will definitely come back again.

        It's such a beautiful hotel! Elegant with high quality of service. Only issue, no TV (not a big deal), no phone service (this is a big deal). Lovely team at the reception desk and in the restaurant for breakfast! Breakfast this AM was delicious, great service, and great coffee! Unfortunately, they haven't resolved the technology issue, although they did offer to move us to another room.

        This is such a beautiful hotel, but it had one fatal flaw. There was no iron in the room! I have stayed in probably 1,000 hotels in the United States in my lifetime and I’ve never been in a hotel, even the most basic motel, that didn’t have an iron. I had to call and request one. It was 2 am and I was desperate to go to bed, but the receptionist told me it could take up to 15 minutes! The worst part was that he was not at all empathetic about my situation, nor did he acknowledge the oddity of not having irons in the hotel rooms. In fact he was quite brusque and would not accelerate the delivery even though the hotel seemed empty and how many requests could have been competing for mine at 2 am? And then to add insult to injury, the iron was of terrible quality — it barely threw any steam, and it left a huge rust mark on the one dress shirt I had packed for an important business meeting. Moreover, I asked for 4 pm late checkout. As I was leaving in the morning, I realized that the hotel also lacked a Do Not Disturb sign. I called the front desk and advised that I’d be returning to the hotel and that they should expect me to stay in the room right up to the 4 o’clock mark, so ask the maid service not to attempt to turn the room until then; they seemed more than happy to accommodate. After I returned at 3:30, the maid knocked twice and was literally waiting outside the room when I left at 3:58. I don’t know why it is so hard for hotels that offer this benefit to simply let the guest exist in peace until the stated checkout time.

        I stayed here with my 3 girlfriends for a weekend in Chicago. We were all pleasantly surprised with the service, the beauty and the cleanliness of the hotel. The upgraded room we got was spacious and immaculate. Also loved the evening turn down service which no one even does anymore. It's the little things sometimes that make all the difference. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice for breakfast and the food was very good and not overly priced for brunch. The location is just to the south of the riverwalk - only about 5 blocks. And only a few blocks from State Street and awesome shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here. Easily walkable and worth the extra few buck for what you get. Enjoy!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
