        As a platinum rewards Marriott Bonvoy member, I love staying at Marriott hotels. This was my first time at The Laura Hotel. Before arriving, I received an email from the front desk assistant manager. She explained the parking/valet, hotel and restaurant info. I responded by asking if there was a concierge lounge and I recived an immediate reply to my email. Although there is no concierge lounge, I was given a 24.00 credit per person (for my husband and I) to use at the hotel restaurant, Hull & Oak! That was so nice of her. Room 2008 is beautiful! I loved the decor and the shower that has a mirror door facing the bedroom. 4 minutes by car to The Toyota Center, with 49.00 for valet. This was a nice place to stay. The only thing I see that needs improvement is the wait time in the restaurant. We arrived a little before 9am for brunch. There was only two people (guests) inside and they were leaving as we placed our order. Our breakfast was served around 9:40. I noticed a group of employees in the restaurant laughing and enjoying a lively conversation. If the service was a bit quicker, I would consider returning to Hull & Oak.

        Hotel is at a great location downtown. Beautiful interior. Tia, the bar manager, provided amazing service. She hopped right in to help out her staff without a second thought and made our experience that much greater. Drinks and food were good. 10/10 would recommend.

        Stay at the Laura regularly for business. Great rooms and bar. Restaurant can be hit or miss. Special mention to the overnight front desk (Leslie) always helpful and smiling early morning, sets the day off on the right foot.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
