We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived early and asked the receptionist if they have early check in but sadly, there was no available room. We left our luggage at the property instead and went to Dmall to have lunch. We came back at 2PM and checked in. The room itself is ok. Good thing are our room was at the ground floor so it was very accessible. The beds and sheets were all white, it was a medium sized room with toilet and aircon. There was a long chair in front of the toilet which we used to placed our stuff on. There was also a mini cabinet, TV and lamp that we did not use. They also have bidet and rain shower head which have the options for warm and normal water. They also serve delicious breakfast with good serving. We really loves their beef tapa and daing na bangus. Ate who served us food and the receptionists were also very helpful and approachable. We asked them on how to get around and they answered us politely with a smile. Very close to the back beach (bulabog beach), it was very windy during our stay and there were a lot of kites. Very close to the famous coconut tourist spot as well. However, if you don’t like walking everyday to and from station 2 & Dmall this hotel may not be for you. Nananakit binti namin kakalakad sa shore and then pabalik sa hotel, medyo hassle maglakad pabalik lalo na if pagod kana and tahimik at medyo madilim din ang daanan sa gabi so if matatakutin ka not advisable. But if you’re on a budget and want to experience Boracay and don’t really mind walking or paying for etryke, then this hotel is perfect for you. My overall rating would be: Room: 8/10 Distance to bulabog beach: 10/10 Distance to Dmall & Station 2: 7/10 Breakfast Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Toilet: 5/10 (please clean it with zonrox because the strong scent of urine cannot be removed by simply wiping the toilet off, my mom complained to me a lot about the pungent smell of urine. The smell is stuck in the toilet itself)

Amazing little oasis in the heart of Boracay. We stayed in a triple room, which had a small porch with a table, cushions and hammock. A perfect place for relaxing and hiding from the heat. It's a 1 min walk to Bulabog beach, and less than 10 minutes to White beach. The location is nice and quiet, away from main roads. The staff are very friendly and attentive, cleaning rooms daily if needed - you just leave the tag on your door indicating you would like your room made up. The included cafe style breakfast every morning is so amazing 👏 I looked forward to my vietnamese coffee every day. Just delicious 😋 The only downside is the beds. The spring mattresses are very lumpy, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The breakfast every morning certainly makes up for it though. Highly recommend 👌

It's my first time to try dormitory room in my entire life and this place made me feel very comfortable!! The beddings are clean. They clean the bathroom everyday. There's a private bathroom for each the dormitory rooms and the AC is pretty cold. The best part is their free breakfast. Yes! It's the best free breakfast I have ever had! It's way way better than the free breakfast at fancu hotels. I am not exaggerating, find it out yourself. 😉🤗 Ditch the white sand part and explore the east side of boracay. Bulabog is pretty chill!

stayed here from oct 28-30, 2023 in a mixed dorm. upon booking, indicated that i'm requesting for a lower bunk located away from the CR and they accomodated it upon check in. arrived quite early (around 9am) so room was not yet available, went back at 2pm and was immediately shown to the dorm rooms. got the lower bunk which is right in front of the door, there's a big spacious locker and a small hanging table for your things. they provide one hanger for clothing. dorm beds have privacy curtains, mattress and blankets are ok quality. aircon is strong and able to cool the whole room. CR is big, though it would've been better if the shower and toilet are separate. the per night rate has a free breakfast which is really good. this is just a few steps from bulabog beach though 5-10mins to station 2 white beach/dmall. with restaurants nearby so u don't have to go to whitebeach path for food. only thing i didn't like was how there's lots of mosquitos, but thats a given since there are lots of plants in the place. all in all, if you've been to boracay before and want to try staying on the back beach, this is a good choice.

The breakfast was so delicious, the amount of different options available was great and served with good coffee. Rooms were nice but a bit dark and musty

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
