This hotel days it's a 4 star boutique hotel. I am not sure where the 4 stars come from. The rooms are extremely small and so it the toilet. The " fitness center" that they have is ok, but it would have been nice if the treadmill and the bicycle would work. In my opinion it's better to spend a bit more for a real 5 star hotel Breakfast was ok, but they give you the breakfast 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham per person. Not what you would expect from the 4 star hotel

Nice and neat city hotel, good for a Lisbon trip. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean, but very tiny. Staff are all friendly and helpful, however, there's always a waiting time at breakfast, because they don't have sufficient seating for all guests. The location is good, but there's always a walk to the places of interest. If you have a room towards the backyard, you won't have too much noise at nighttime. Overall recommendable.

Spent 5 days here and the place was wonderful. The staff are all extremely polite and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are comfy, cosy and clean. The rooms are small but have everything you need including a coffee machine, safe and small fridge. Our room also had a little balcony where we enjoyed a coffee each morning. Breakfast consists of a basket of pastries, pancakes, bread and cakes, yogurt, fruit, jam and honey, juice, a plate of meat and cheese and you are also asked if you'd like any eggs or hot drinks. Everything we ate was great. The location of this hotel is perfect for me, it's a little off the beaten track but still close enough to walk (roughly 15 minutes and all downhill) to the Marquês de Pombal Metro station which connects you to essentially every area of Lisbon. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Lisbon.

I really love the flair of the hotel. They make big efforts in terms of sustainability. The only thing I wasn't so happy with was the breakfast. After 4 days it was getting boring. Although it was good it was always the same

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
