Located extremely close to the airport terminals, this hotel offers flexible booking options for 3, 6, and 9 hours, making it ideal for extended layovers. While the rooms have a peculiar odor and outdated decor, they are clean, albeit with some wood in the bathroom showing signs of rot. The affordable price, safety (especially for female travelers), and helpful bell boys contribute to a positive experience. The staff is attentive, the property well-maintained, and rooms are tidy with essential amenities. The hotel's proximity to shopping and transportation, just a 2-minute walk to Deira City Centre Mall, adds to its convenience.

Exceptional Value for Money at The Leela Hotel Dubai - Outstanding Service and Memorable Upgrade! Our three-day stay at The Leela Hotel Dubai exceeded all expectations, and we attribute the exceptional experience to the outstanding service provided by Umey, the receptionist manager. His unwavering dedication and assistance with local knowledge, taxi bookings, and more truly made our stay special. Special recognition also goes to Milton from Housekeeping, who maintained our rooms to perfection. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite room, enhancing our stay with an extra layer of luxury. This gesture not only reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction but also significantly contributed to the overall positive impression. For future guests seeking tranquility, we recommend opting for a room on the top floor to minimize any potential disturbance from the bar sounds. While our overall experience was fantastic, we believe there's room for improvement in the restaurant area e.g. by separating fruit buckets rather than creating cocktails. Additionally, a bit more focus on the restaurant environment could elevate the property to a complete 4-star standard. It's important to note that our ratings are considered in light of the price performance ratio. The value for money we received at The Leela Hotel Dubai played a significant role in our positive evaluation. Despite a few minor suggestions, we left with an overall positive impression and would eagerly return for another delightful stay, appreciating the exceptional value the hotel offers.

Super close to the airport terminals. And you can book in 3, 6 and 9 hour bookings too. So it’s useful for long layovers for flights. The rooms have an odd smell to them. And the decor is old. Though it’s clean some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. It’s great for the price and felt safe (we were two women travelling). The bell boys helped us a lot with our suitcases and called us a taxi when needed. The staff were generally very helpful and attentive.

The property was good and well maintained. Rooms were neat and clean with all the essentials. Staff is really good here. Everything was nice. The hotel is well suited, being close to shopping and transport. Just 2 min walk from the hotel to Deira city centre mall.

Beds were good. The room size was good. They said triple room but it was just a double room with a bed added to it. They only gave 1 key card and didn't have a second one when asked. Toilets didn't have lights working. Not a 4 star experience. Hope these get fixed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
