I went to The Leonard Hotel for an afternoon tea with 3 others. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and everything was delicious 😋. The location was ideal, and the fact that the hotel did afternoon tea at 5.30 pm on a Saturday was absolutely wonderful.

The hotel staff were extremely nice, was an ideal location for a works event & only few hundred metres from Tube station. Good quality food at the restaurant / bar. Hotel room was very nice Has a lift in hotel, though lift only goes to 4th floor, hotel has 5 floors. If your mobility restricted, ensure you advise them when you book a room. As on each on the floors, there's stairs on the floor Overall be happy to stay again

Look, if they just advertised it for what it is--a mediocre 3-star hotel in a great location--they would be fine; in fact, people may be pleasantly surprised. The problem is they do this whole "4-Star" thing so they can charge more, and it just isn't true! The place needed a top-down refurb--at least five years ago. If you need a place in this area, the property is stayable, but don't pay top-dollar.

Horrible experience. People smoking in the hallway. Toilet did not flush, tvs did not work. Walls and paint and furniture are all beat up. The place is a total dump. Restaurant service is horrible and a joke. Stay away.

Unable to provide full Royal afternoon tea due to my dairy intolerance. Was given an extra glass of prosecco. Really feel that management need to reconsider who they are catering for. Service was OK.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
