Clean, very comfortable, classy styling, responsive and friendly people in reception, English spoken, near eateries, market and cafe, and quiet as Istanbul offers. We would make a return visit. Relax and enjoy.

We visited the Leos Residence twice in 2022. It is in an extremely convenient location for our needs, that were, medical procedures at the Estetik International centre, which is only a few hundred metres distant. The facility is modern, clean, quite well organised - the only problem we found was that the kitchen tools were a bit too essential, but the staff made up by providing us with supplements. Shopping facilities are available within walking distance, including one very large shopping mall. This is important, because traffic in Istanbul is a substantial problem, and taxis are difficult to obtain. The staff are a separate issue - they were all extremely friendly and ready to help, we found ourselves welcome, and they supported us with whatever we needed in our two visits. We highly recommend the Leos Residence, and indeed, we plan to visit ourselves again.

This is not a hotel, this is a dumpster! It’s better if you throw your money on the trash rather than spending it here. Everything is super disgusting and the furniture is old, there is BEDBUGS in the mattresses. On top of that, the furniture is old and damaged. We raised a complaint to the management and they said “it’s a ten year old furniture, what did you expect”!!!! There are much more I didn’t cover it here, it’s only a glimpse for you to think twice before considering this place as an option.

I strongly advise against booking a room at this location. My family and I had been eagerly looking forward to a reunion after 5 years, but our trip turned into a nightmare due to the unsettling circumstances we encountered. Our joy was marred by the distressing reality that every time we ventured out and returned, we discovered that numerous items had mysteriously vanished from our room. This wasn't an isolated incident; multiple valuable items went missing, leaving us feeling violated and anxious. Even with the management's efforts to assist, the items could not be recovered, and the overall experience was irreparably tarnished. We were forced to alter our plans, as the fear of further theft prevented us from fully enjoying our time outside. Nights were particularly harrowing, as we constantly worried about the security of our belongings and the possibility of another intrusion. Our stay at this location was a traumatic ordeal, and I wouldn't wish such an experience upon anyone. I implore you to avoid this place at all costs to spare yourself the distress and heartache that my family and I endured.

Typical Istanbul hotels. The furniture looks broken down and needs to be changed. The bathroom is okay but the toilet seat looks has been used toooo much. Isn’t average clean. Although The location is good. Overall you can survive your stay at the end.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
