        We booked 2 nights with THE LEVEL with the sea see view and we asked for 2 single bed. When we enter the room we noticed that the bed was a king size bed.. (i sent email twice regarding this request). They after called the cleaning lady to separate the bed in order to have two single bed and then we noticed that the parquet was removed with lot of glue inside (attached picture). After that we went to the shower and noticed that there was a water leak (attached picture). So we went back to claim it and we wanted to have a new room instead of that they sent a technician to fix everything and to make us wait again. After many arguments they gave us a junior suite which is very nice but we lost the sea view (for what i first paid!!) and we lost 2 stairs. Also the SPA was unaivailable for the 3 days we were staying there and no compensation was offered for that whereas when i book the spa was one of the condition to choose this hotel with one free entrance The level lounge was ok not lot to eat always the same thing but it's a nice to have. Except the cofee machine which was not working well The massage was very good even if we needed to argu to have a slot. For the mini bar there is no notice regarding the price and i m now surprised to receive a bill for it. I thought is was included in the room price. And the last day before the checkout many cleaning employees entered the room without noticing us and i don't know the reason. It was very annoying. I m really looking for a compensation for all of this. I used to stay in lot of 5 stars hotel and this one was the worst experience for only 2 nights. The reception employees also are not suitable for a 5 stars range hotel. I don't recommend it. I now understand the lower price..

        Dirty! Lovely personnel, generous lounge, happy hour and breakfast, great views, a bit boring part of the town (far away from the center, close to the beach), gay friendly. The problen; during the weeks stay they did not succeed to clean the suite (after repeatedly asked), fill in the coffee, or fix any the maintenance problems. Avoid!

        Stayed 4 nights, delighted by the sunrise view from the room. The staff are super friendly with smiley faces. There are plenty of drinks, snacks, tapas through out the day, in both Sky 24 & Lounge. Seems like the hotel just want to make sure you are happy everyday !!! So pleased & thank you for their efforts!

        3.5 from me! The Level Lounge was a great place to relax and snack. The service was really good and everyone was super attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, especially with the view from the 24th floor. The room was pretty average for the price. It was a really basic room, super small. Had 2 doors that led to nowhere with weird transparent stains on the wall. There was no blinds or tint on the bathroom glass which was extremely weird P.S: There were 2-3 mosquitoes in our room....

        My wife and I stayed at the Junior Suite for 12 nights and it was one of the best stays we have had. The personal in the Lounge, Restaurant downstairs and Pool attendants, everyone was fantastic to deal with! They made sure we had a good time and we did :) message to Melia: keep the people and promote them! They are doing an excellent job.. we stayed there in September 2021. We will be back, for sure.
