My stay at skudai leverage hotel had its ups and downs. The location, near Sutera Mall and Paradigm Mall, was convenient for shopping and exploring the area. However, the room experience was a bit disappointing. The air conditioner's dusty filter, as evidenced in my photo, was a notable concern. The thick layer of dust triggered sneezing upon entering the room, indicating a need for better cleanliness standards. Additionally, the absence of hangers in both the shower and toilet areas proved inconvenient, especially for business travelers who often require a space to hang clothes. This small detail could significantly enhance the practicality of the room. In summary, while the hotel's location offers convenience, attention to cleanliness and amenities could improve to make guests' stays more comfortable and enjoyable.

Inexpensive and reasonably satisfactory. The air conditioning works well, there's ample hot water, the bed is comfortable, but the TV only offers satellite channels. Unfortunately, there is no complimentary parking, and although my room was advertised as having a refrigerator, it was absent. The reception staff could improve their friendliness. Nevertheless, it's a decent option for an overnight stay. * Hygiene standards require significant enhancement; the inner sections of the pillows display stains from previous users' saliva.

Aircon was spoilt for one of rooms but we have managed to change to another room. A dirty cup with coffee residue was found in the other room. The water basin was also leaking water onto the floor. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bedsheets have a few stains but are washed. Shower pressure is satisfactory. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Overall, it is okay for short stays as it is near the paradigm mall.

Dad wanted a hotel nearest to Paradigm and I found this hotel with the highest rating. We booked for 2 nights, a 2 double bedded room but stayed only for 1 night. The public parking requires coupon and the reception told us that we can purchase them in the city. As we checked in quite late, we were tired to drive up to get them. They have an app where u can pay the parking but would only accept local (Malaysian) bank account or cards. We dont expect much in the room itself since the price is fairly low. The cleanliness is ok but could be better. Towels had stains on them. Extra towels is chargeable at MYR 20 each. Only 1 key card is provided per room. Although the room was for 4 pax. U can request for an extra card and deposit MYR 10. There is an eatery nearby which is clean and offer variety on the menu. Love that they had 3-in-1 Nescafe. Most rooms don't have windows but the ones which accomodate 4 pax does. However each window has lightings on the exterior which lit up the room at night so u need to close the curtain properly. The wi-fi connection is very poor. At times we were not able to log in and the pop-up error states that there are too many users. When we finally managed to log in, the connection is very laggy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
