Thanks to Brian and the Lexington Hotel Staff for making our New Years Eve experience memorable. For starters, the check in experience was a breeze. We arrived a bit early and our room was available. (Much appreciated after our 6 hour flight!!). The lobby was clean and welcoming and we immediately noticed the plush and cozy bar in the lobby. (We came a bit later in the evening and the drinks were fancy and perfect for entertaining guests…which we did). Our room was IMMACULATE. Wow! Our suite was beautifully decorated and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were cozy and we overslept every day…happily :) And to top it off, there was a DJ spinning in the lobby and complimentary champagne at midnight for the balldrop! So classy! Every time we needed something…even if it was a restaurant recommendation…the staff was always eager to help us make our stay more enjoyable. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Will definitely be back soon!

This hotel is very well located and has a fantastic Gym (Partnership with a local Crunch Fitness) Those are the main reasons we have stayed here in the past. The service is hit and miss, doormen are great but the biggest bottle neck is check in and having to wait for your room, just an awful experience. It does not matter what level of Rewards member (Ambassador), the wait can be several hours and the check in team regularly forget to 'call you' as promised when your room is ready. Current visit took 3.5 hours, and if I did not keep checking I would not have known my room was ready. Several calls before the visit to say we would be arriving early made no difference. Unlikely to come back.

All updates to this place have happened in the lobby. The rooms are small and dingy. I went in January and there was a gap in the window where cold air was blowing in as if the window was open. Had to place a towel in the gap and held the towel in place with an ironing board. Room was so cold. The location of this place is great, but I haven’t seen a hotel in a long time that needed more TLC in the guest rooms.

A solid choice for hotels. Close enough to the sites but not in the crush of Times Square. Service is very accommodating though the Guest Service hotline went to voice mail. And they took quite a bit of time to answer chats on the app. The standard rooms are quite small and with the smaller windows of old can seem even smaller. The upgraded rooms are decent size. Climate control seemed to have two settings, hot and cold. The hotel needs to invest in new pillows.

Great location, staff was great too. But room was slightly dirty, sheets were not soft at all, my husband and I woke up very stuffy. They didn’t accommodate any towel requests I put in through the Marriott app. And the continental breakfast is NOT free like every other hotel I have stayed with. They will charge you about $35 per person for a dingy breakfast setup when we should have just went to Starbucks right next door and paid $10 a person. And god forbid it takes you an extra second to get out of a breakfast staff’s way they will yell at you to move and then tell you to GTF out of her city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
