great motel. renovations made the motel rooms feel clean. bathroom was clean and adequate. the price is fine for the location. we wanted to walk to the echoplex and this is probably the best option without staying at a sketchier place. not that this place was sketchy. we felt safe. the staff was great. the parking was good. would recommend for close access.

Let’s be honest. Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures on the website. Let’s talk about how they didn’t offer any toiletries, they had ONE “conditioning shampoo” in the shower and that was the only soap option they had. Not to mention the park here is TERRIBLE. They have about 6 parking spaces in the front then you have to park in the back of the MOTEL. The spaces are so small that I literally had to back out of the driveway because there’s not enough room to pull out and turn around if someone parks next to you. It’s located in a sketchy area on a Main Street so you hear cars all night. Not to mention you can hear people talking outside all night. The people upstairs were so loud. Yea they staff was nice but I definitely didn’t feel safe nor clean staying here. Then the price for what you get is ridiculous. Use this place as a very very and I mean very last resort.

I was visiting Silver Lake from Las Vegas and stayed at the Lexmar. This is a very unassuming travel hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked like they were recent remodeled with wood panel flooring and a fresh paint job. The bathroom was completely remodeled. My one bed room came with refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The area is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. I stayed for 3 days and completely enjoyed the experience. Thank you Zaria for everything, you're the best!

This is a MOTEL not a hotel. The photos are deceiving- very small lobby and they do intake one at a time so you have to wait outside for them to finish with the previous guest and let you in. Makes it feel like a dangerous location / experience. When we drove up we considered just eating the cost of the room because the location looked so sketchy and the building did not appear as pictures indicated. Ended up staying- It is walking distance to echo park and some bars on sunset Blvd, and not too far from stuff in Silverlake. I do not think it is overtly dangerous but would be cautious coming and going late at night. No breakfast despite it being advertised, no coffee in the room. Front parking lot was full but there is free parking in the back, so there was accessible free parking. Alvaro Blvd is a very busy and loud street. We were in the back corner so with the AC unit couldn’t hear much but if you were right on the road I imagine it could be untenable. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean, shower had relatively good pressure, but expect the most basic amenities of a motel. Staff was friendly. Not worth the price, but it did the job. Again MOTEL not Hotel.

Small room, no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs, no breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby because there is no lobby, and you have to park in the back alley. This was just a little better than sleeping in your car and was $150. I don't recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
