The ground floor of the apt is under going major construction. I was given a second floor room, walls are shaking at 8am. Hotel refused to assist with room switch, citing they don't have same room, understandable considering it is a small hotel but they refused to pet me cancel my reservation, that's totally unacceptable!

Great location, merely steps to famous elevator. Quiet, quaint, and charming. At $300 a night, very small rooms. One teeny tiny elevator which works going up from first floor but is unavailable from 5th floor! You’d be hard pressed to fit two normal humans and luggage in the elevator without lubricant and force. My room, #53, deluxe, balcony but weirdly shaped and designed. Very small, Once again, I think two people with luggage would definitely be challenged to stay more than a night. My safe didn’t work, my pillows were rocks. I asked about another softer pillow and was met with ? No amenities, gym, or place to sit. I think on my return to lovely Lisbon there are other options at this price point. The city is going through a true revival but that also encourages pricing not up to par with offerings.

I could ignore the mold in the shower, the broken toilet sit and the constantly bad odor, I would say it can happen. But the top was when we couldn’t get ‚hot enough’ water to shower and the water kept only lukewarm temperature. The answer we got was ‚that this is a preference thing- some like to shower very hot, other less‘… For such a price I would expect the least a better maintained room and nicer friendly service. Really not nice experience.

Great location helped a lot as a solo traveler since I was just a short walk away from everything. Staff was so kind and attentive. The front desk girl with the glasses even helped wrap my broken nail with a bandaid! Awesome experience here. Deducted a point because my room had a distinct smell & my AC barely worked.

They have apartments too! The hotel rooms are great but the apartments are fantastic. The front desk staff is amazing, Carina was so patient with my lacking in knowing Portuguese and was a gem with a great sense of humor!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
