        The worst. Don’t go! They have a lot of Restauration to do. There’s mold and dirt and rust. Even the floors are not cleaned in the hotel, cigarettes lying around. I checked two rooms as I was wondering maybe I had only bad luck with one room. Nope. I left again right after check in. The gym also is not clean at all and not well equipped and definitely nothing you would use. After all that I didn’t want to even think about the pool. It is a shame to even ask for such high rates on a room. But definitely a no go and far too unhealthy to stay in a room where you can even smell the mold. Pictures attached. Still have to mention: the absolutely nicest guy working at the reception that time.

        I was put in 3 different rooms they were all bad, but I was stuck & couldn't go anywhere else. Thank goodness I was only here 1 night. There was black mold in all the rooms. & hair in the sink. The bathtub was rusted and the walls & tub was peeling also I couldn't turn off the water in the tubs in 2 of the rooms. No 2nd lock on the door. The vents had so much dirt & dust in them. The walls were nasty. Everything had rust. The bathroom floor was wet. I couldn't tell where the leak was. Went to the office to get more towels they had non.

        Do not stay here. Worst hotel I have been in. Its filthy and has not been taken care of. No maintenance. Elevator looks like it will fail any minute. Bathtub is chipping away and should have been replaced a long time ago. I can not bathe my 1 yr old here. He will literally peel pieces of paint off and try to eat it. Not safe. Rust everywhere. Floors filthy. I wiped them down with a towel and cleaning spray. Towel is black. No breakfast. No pool (green) and I know its December right now but its 85 outside. Pool should be available. Only 2 towels in the room. I had to ask for more up front. Dirty vents and broken furnishings. They charged hotel "fees"about $50 for 3 nights plus daily parking fee.Terrible .This place should be shut down.

        So far I like the hotel I'm still staying here. The staff has been very nice and helpful The breakfast needs more work. They run out of things way too fast what for what little that they provide they should have enough for everybody for breakfast. Especially since they charge $17.51 per day for an amenity fee. Clean room and pool and has a nice water fountain in the lake.

        This Hotel looks Fine on Outside ,except for pool. Inside , MY INDIVIDUAL ROOM was ,light fixtures out, plaster peeling in tub, closet rails corrosion and floor , and the WORST part, Mold stains on ceiling. I suggested to them ,to shut that room down. 😒 They are selling this Property, so no money will be invested in repairs. A Great HOTEL in that AREA , would be AWESOME 👌 👏 👍UPDATE I took time too email Mang. of my stay and findings. I have heard nothing back from him, on my refund for 3days of inconvenience and inaccurate circumstances. I sent this email 1 month ago.
