        I rented a standard room online for two weeks, with a choice between economy and standard options. Upon arrival, I was placed in an economy room without windows and with furniture that was probably 30-40 years old. It was dirty and unpleasant. After two days, I realized I couldn't stay there any longer. I negotiated with the owner to refund my payment for the stay, minus the two days I had already spent there. I visited a couple of times, but my money was never returned. The owner claimed that the website did not transfer the payment to them (although it always had before, just not for me). In summary: The room was dirty and windowless I was deceived about the room type The owner has not returned my money I strongly do not recommend this place. Please note that this will not be my last review of your hotel. I will continue writing until my money is returned.

        We stayed one month here (10'000 baht a month) and we would choose it again. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind, available and helpful. They also have a restaurant which serves very good western food. We definitely recommend it to anyone.

        I was there during lunch hour. Food was ok but nothing really special about it, not the best I had and absolutely not bad. Tasted maybe as can be expected for the price, so absolutely I get what I paid for. Service could maybe step up little bit, just small things like serve a glass with the water and not only the bottle, fork and knife on the side, not on the food. The resturang was little bit dark, nearly looks like they were closed. Perhaps this place is better to visit in the afternoon or evening and I guess either you staying at the guesthouse or just coming for the beer and probably some chat with Scandinavian people.

        A small hotel in need of renovation, run by New Scandinavian owner. The location is Good and its rather cheap ,800 bath. It is in need of renovation, I give it a year hence 3 stars....Needs to do some simple renovation,and its not done by sitting still 8 hours in the reception.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
