I hoped for better experience that we had. No cleaning and you had to wait someone to come to the reception every time you wanted to ask something. Location not so good.

It’s a nice cozy hostel with ample amenities to stay in the middle of the town. Might face a little difficulty spotting it if you are new but just enter the lane that google maps is pointing at and you shall reach. The staff is very friendly and nice, they don’t speak much English but will go out of the way to help you out and ensure you that you have a pleasant stay. Absolutely would recommend it. They provide towels and soap with the room and the bathroom is installed with geysers. The rooms are ac and have enough space to move around. They have a pool too on the terrace, so you can have a quick swim if time allows you to… It is a steal according to me for the price they offer. Kudos team and hope to see you again :-) Also the bonus is the cafe just adjacent to it, so you can have coffee or tea and some breakfast here before heading out on your adventure ;) Would recommend Thai tea as a must if you are a fan of Indian tea

Great location for Phuket old town. The hotel has good-sized, air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds. There's a swimming pool on the roof. It's close to the bus stop to take you to the beaches ⛱️ The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great budget hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
