I had stayed at this hotel before they changed the name. I recently booked again for a quick work trip for a conference, and noticed that it's improved significantly! The rooms feel fresh and modern, and service is generally great. They're still doing some renovations in the lobby, so I anticipate it will feel even more refreshed. What I like most about this hotel is that it's affordable, close to downtown but without the craziness, and that there is plenty of safe and accessible parking (which is a big plus in LA!)

My cousins and I recently booked two rooms at this hotel for a few nights. Looks like they renovated recently and sounds like they’re opening a coffee shop in the lobby soon, which would have been nice while we were there but oh well. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the pool for a bit too. The hotel is pretty close to downtown, which was convenient for our visit to the Broad Museum, little tokyo, and a show at the Disney hall.

The walls are a bit thin. However my overall stay was very nice. I like that they give you the option to pay in cash. When I first checked in the people in the room next to me where very loud. The hotel staff was kind enough to move me to another room. A room that ended up being a better and larger room. I will be back!!!

I stayed at the Live hotel last week. Think the changed the brand from the Ramada. My room was remodeled. Simple, roomy and had access to the garden. They have a outdoor pool that we took advantage with the sudden heat in LA. I definitely recommend this hotel for the amenities and price. Breakfast was included but not parking.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was ver- close to the crypto arena like 5 minutes driving. The rooms are super clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included with our stay which was very convinient. We enjoyed having coffe at the coffee shop in the lobby. They had great pastries. |

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
