Really fantastic stay. Really nice rooms, really nice rooftop bar, and just a very beautiful boutique style hotel. The staff were so nice. I was able to plan a surprise of balloons and flowers for the room, and later when in the rooftop bar they surprised us with a birthday dessert. Above and beyond! Overall a excellent place to stay and nice surrounding area of shops, restaurants and bars with subway a few mins walk away.

We had the best stay at the Lively! The location is perfect - Azubujuban is a really clean, quaint, and beautiful neighborhood and a good location to walk to Roppongi Hills and explore Shibuya too. The hotel itself is very modern and stylish, the rooms are comfortable and nice. There’s a bar on the 9th floor that has great cocktails and a view of the Tokyo tower - and the restaurant and lobby on the second floor are beautifully designed. Perfect place to stay in Tokyo!

I am pleasantly surprised with The Lively - it is fantastic value for money. The room is very chic and good products (like a Saloni hairdryer) are used. It's a great trendy boutique hotel and the rooms are absolutely quiet - you can't hear any noise from the outside. For Japan it's spacious and well thought out. Bathroom is good too - whilst a bit small, it has been designed in a tasteful manner. Lots of cool cafes and a 711 on the street too. Will definitely book again!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
