Had a wonderful evening at the restaurant and bar. Even coming in as five guys without a reservation we could sit down and have dinner within an hour - which gave us the great opportunity to try the bar. Delicious food and a broad variety of beers on tap combined with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere made this night very special to us. Definitely recommended for fine food and ale, nice and helpful staff and good location!

We stopped here for a few drinks and some food. It is a really friendly pub with excellent service. There are a few local ales available and the food was good quality and freshly made. The inside of the pub is quite small on one side with a larger restaurant area on the other side and there is plenty of outdoor seating.

Perfect location, the hotel is very nice. You mainly pay for the location, right next to Urquhart Castle. The restaurant is very good. We didn't like the breakfast very much.. the staff left us alone for a long time without any bread or drinks.

Great pub! We stopped here after a long walk, six of us and a husky dog! There is a large outdoor area, some of which is undercover and heated. It started to rain at which point we were advised by staff that we were more than welcome to come inside . They have a section of the pub that welcomes dogs. The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They offer a great range of drinks and also locally produced ales. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, the staff were more than happy to take our order for food, which was very tasty! Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning next time I'm in the area!

Warm welcome with lovely staff, Room well presented very clean with comfortable bed relaxing provided with amenities including bathrobe yor will find in 5 star hotel, Dinner was well good I had Haggis followed by haddock well presented and delicious, breakfast using local produce. Fantastic location, Definitly will return. was beyond expectations. WELL DONE!
