I stayed in two different rooms here, totaling 6 nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, very functional and fun decor while not making the room feel cluttered. Very clean rooms, lovely dining area. There's a covered patio being built and there was barely noise even though it was happening right below our suite. The staff are incredible, professional, and so courteous. They made me feel valued and offered solutions without making it feel like I was a burden for asking. For example, the wall AC control panel ran out of battery, so at 9pm in the night, the front desk staff came to check it out. He figured out the issue, offered us an option to switch rooms, but the room was well heated enough from the radiator, so we stayed and he arranged there to be service to fix it in the morning. Great place, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

An absolute pleasure to stay at. A real little gem. Room very good.We had room 45 which is at the rear and very quiet Shower/bathroom exceptional. Staff very good and service superb. Breakfast was superb. Parking on site and £15 per day. Bus stop outside the hotel. Tube East Putney a two minute walk away. The acid question. Would we come back again? Yes Yes Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes Yes Yes. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Very convenient Hotel (with free car park). We stayed 5 nights in a small but cosy room (on the top floor). The hotel itself was just what we expected. The location is great, the tube station is 5 minutes walk, a bus station is just in front of the hotel. So you can come by car, leave your car here and run the town easily. Depending on your room, it could be a little be noisy. Hopefully we were on the top floor which was quite calm. We didn't test the restaurant. Most of all, it's a dog friendly hotel.

Nice hotel but NO lift. Feel like you have got your 10k steps in just to get to a room. Our friends were other side of hotel and it took forever, up and down stairs, round corners, down corridors....like a maze

I generally visit here when im visiting for work. Amazing staff very friendly and welcoming. Great facilities and gym is really good for a hotel gym. Breakfast is a huge selection and fresh and rooms are great. The only negative is the free amenities (shower gel etc) are not very good. Smells pretty bad and doesn't feel very nice. Everything else is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
