        ATTENTION: when you came from west on the main street: turn right just opposite of the little supermarket to reach the Lokal Penida. We were staying 2 nights there… pretty new place with everything you need. Biggest plus: away from the traffic of the main street.. you will just hear the beautiful sound of nature in the morning 🙏🏼

        Very nice and quiet place. Bit Isolated. Can be really tricky to find. Do not follow google map to find this place because you will be lost. Hire a taxi to reach here and just keep an eye on directions, then it’s super easy and close to their main street.

        I forgot my swimsuit in the room, wrote about it the next day to the hotel and received an answer that my swimsuit was already damaged, it was “bitten by a dog”! at the same time, all the straps were torn off on the swimsuit, which the dog could not do in any way, and there are no dogs on the territory of the hotel. also there is no hot water in the room, ice water flows from the tap, the staff answered for 2 days in a row that there was none. after asking for a refund for the remaining days, the water miraculously appeared. cleaning for 4 days was not carried out even once, towels and bedding were not changed.

        Very nice and quiet place. Bit Isolated. Can be really tricky to find. Do not follow google map to find this place because you will be lost. Hire a taxi to reach here and just keep an eye on directions, then it’s super easy and close to their main street.

        Never book here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is not in operation and rooms will be released upon confirmation within 48 hours. They take all the money and don't even refund it!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t even answer phones very often here!!!!!! We arrived in Nusa Penida on January 26th and made a reservation through the trash company Hotels.com and had a hard time finding this place. The location on this Google Map is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I say it again!!!! The address of this company shown on Hotels.com and Google is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A scary place that is completely different from Google Maps and could be haunted. It was located and I arrived. The lights were all off. I tried calling the hotel, but they didn't answer and there was no information sign. It wasn’t there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were having a hard time so we stayed somewhere else and paid more!!! The company says you need to get confirmation 48 hours in advance to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then, if confirmation wasn't made, isn't it right that they should give you a refund?!!!!!!!!!! !!! We invested too much time to find this place in Nusa Penida and when we arrived, the lights were off and there was no contact!!!!!!! And they lied and said we didn't show up!!!!           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
