The staff is very accommodating. When I arrived, someone was there to help me with my luggage. I didn't expect that there was going to be fridge in the room with ice. I think the only suggestion I could leave is maybe have a bottle of conditioner in the the bathroom. Other than that, my experience has been truly good. Will definitely come again

Pictures are not updated. Spider and spider webs all over the room and bathroom. All sinks don’t drain well. Bath mat and room sandals look dirty. Shower handle has tags on them unsure what for— looks as if they were trying to remedy it with a piece of plastic paper. Door to the balcony does not lock. Being on 2nd floor that is much of security issues. It was 15 mins to airport. Not much around in walking distance. Staff didn’t want to help me up to my room past midnight when my partner was away with the room key :/ For the cost, I could have found a better place, in terms of security, cleanliness and staff service. Don’t recommend and will not return.

Nice place very clean and tidy . The staff are very nice and always willing to help. The room is always attended to by house cleaning and the towels and sheets are kept fresh. Security is 24hours for peace of mind. It's handy to have a ca phe cart out front. It's lovely to sit on the fresh tree lined street. It's location close the airport but 6 k from the city which may seem far but it's just 30 mins on local bus no 04 which is 3 minute wallk away. Don't forget to say hi to Lili and Becky the Hoteliers.

Rooms were spacious and neatly maintained. Rooms had balconies which gave the room a lot of natural light. And a referigator has been provided as well. However, the service needs to be improved. The clerk in the lobby didn't understand English and demanded us that we pay full amount for the rooms. And didn't accept Card Payment which made the whole process even more cumbersome. And eventhough we had specified we'll be checking in early, we had to pay for an extra night. And the people in the lobby were rude to us during checkout.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
