Overall, this boutique hotel is 5 stars. It is a very short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR subway station in Kowloon. They gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was stocked with free water bottles every day. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. The staff was very professional and attentive. They even got us a taxi to the airport without even asking them. The only negative I would say is the rooms are dated (old). They're very clean, comfortable, and everything works great. They just need a renovation to modernize the rooms.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located in a central location in Tsim Sha Tsui with easy access to MTR. The airport express bus A21 stops on the corner of the street and dozen of restaurants are within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay in you are planning a trip to Hong Kong.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean but you may have to look at the room size while booking as it has many configuration. The breakfast was good. The hotel is convenient to go to metro. There are lot of restaurants near by. There are many shops for apparels , foreign exchange , 7-11s and grocery stores. Perfect place to stay in Hongkong. Highly recommended.

Great location. Near to everything. MTR is just 5 minutes walk. Many eateries, shopping mall around too. We are in a family of 4. With my daughters only 11 & 13 years old. No connecting room but they allow additional bed. Very helpful front desk.

I have been staying here since it opened. It is my home away from home when i a. In HK 2 to 4 times per year. Like my own house, there are things that need to be repaired. It is time to replace the TV service and upgrade it. It's time to upgrade the gym. The equipment is old and needs a refresh. The Bar is very cool, but the seen there has lost its appeal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
