This is a solid 25 or 30 minute brisk walk to the start of the quaint part of the town with shopping and restaurants. But it is large and on level ground, so for anybody with mobility issues it is perfect. It definitely has more amenities and space than the more typical hotels. If you want more of an American style Hotel, this is it. If you want an authentic Greek style, then this will not fit that. But it is a beautiful hotel and the service was wonderful. I was told they have a shuttle and driver, if available, to take you into the town area for free. Otherwise it is approximately €10 taxi each way.

A wonderful hotel with great views to both the east and west. Normally, we spend our vacations doing something everyday. The Majestic changed that for us this year, and we were able to have some enjoyable family downtime just swimming and relaxing right down the road from Fira.

The staff are what make this hotel such a lovely place to stay. They are all so very helpful and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and if I come back to Santorini I would stay here again. Our room was very spacious with three single beds (usually we get 2 beds and a campbed so this was very welcome). The pool area was beautiful, just so peaceful and the staff were on hand to attend to your every need. The only downfall for us was that we paid extra for a sea view room which we did not get although we were offered a move 2 days in and didn't take up the offer as we had unpacked and wanted to relax. All in all a lovely stay, we will be sad to leave this lovely place tomorrow.

Great place to stay at. As per the other reviews the rooms are spacious and with comfortable beds. Idea location to see both sun set and sun rise. 10-15 minutes walk to the Fira town. Both bus ride and boat tours are worth while as well. Very pleasant stay and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and happy. In truth this hotel is not the best in the world but I am extremely happy with it as it was prefect for me and my stay/visit.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in my trip to Greece so far! It’s location is very central, about a ten minute walk from the city. The staff is extremely attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again next time I’m in Santorini!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
