I appreciate the hotel for always upgrading my room to a Junior Suite (due to my Titanium Elite status). Bed was comfortable and I like that the hotel used glass bottle for drinking water instead of single use plastic bottles. Gym was well maintained and equipped. Nice breakfast buffet spread with typical western and local choices. Service in general was rather lacklustre and monotone. The staff would do what they were required to do and that was it. Other than the colonial style building and hotel staff dressed in fancy butler uniform, the hotel doesn’t have any other appealing features for me, among the other brands in Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.

Depends what you are looking for. I guess if you want a very different place to hangout for high tea or good photo shot, majestic will do justification. As for the hotel room and all, I find it alright. Nothing that I would shout out and the service isn't as 5 stars as you expect. The hotel stay comes with a complimentary breakfast that starts from 630am to 9ish am. The range of breakfast was pretty decent. Taste wise not too bad, some are better than another.

Good location, spacious room and great interior decor. Since almost 80% of staff are foreign workers, need to enhance and improve trainings to these staff. Kitchen should be managed by the locals, not foreigners, given hotel guests would like to taste something authentic, made and cooked by the locals. Overall hotel stay experiences is way below my expectation and improvements need to be in place. Front desk staff are too inexperienced for a hotel like the Majestic. I got a good non refundable member rate for this stay, but if I needed to pay for standard rates, I may choose other similar rating type of hotel than the Majestic. A true experience with mixed emotions.

This is my third or fourth visit for a high tea here, fortunately have tried all the rooms and this drawing room being the latest visit. My friend and I agreed that the service could’ve been better and the variety and quality of snacks could’ve been improved over the years. Anyway, it wont be my last visit as I always have a wonderful time staying here and your Contango buffet is one of our favourite in town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
