Stayed for two nights. The location is ideal - right in the middle of the Waterfront. I guess some people would prefer to be at the beach and much depends on the nature of the trip. I was there to run the marathon and so it was really convenient to be able to get into the Waterfront shopping area so quickly. The service was really outstanding from beginning to end. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only minor criticism is that, for a suite, there could have been slightly more desk space. But that's no big deal - overall, an extremely pleasant stay and I'd love to return.

We had a great stay at Manor House, with friendly staff that welcomed us and they did everything to make us happy during our stay. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean with good views of the waterfront and mountain. It is in a great location for walking access to the waterfront and all the food and drinks choices that the waterfront offers just across the road. Parking is available and security is very good. We enjoyed the complimentary sweets and water from the pantry. The kitchen staff are new and are finding their feet as can be seen in the photos where they need to be consistent with presentation etc, but the staff and GM were very accommodating to our requests and made every effort to satisfy our needs. They got better every day for the week we spent there. We will definitely be returning with our family and recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel. We loved the location; close to the waterfront, but just far enough away to be quiet and private. The rooms were great; clean, fresh, nightly turn-down service with chocolates, and the bathroom was amazing. Breakfasts were even more amazing (get the mango juice; you’re welcome). But what was greatest about the manor house was the service. True story: I ordered an Uber one morning. Looking at the app, it was clear that the Uber was lost. Oswell—the nicest and most professional guy you’ll ever meet who works for the hotel—saw what was happening. He asked if he could have my iPhone, and talked to the driver. No resolution. So he sprints away. Five minutes later, the Uber shows up. Two people are in it. “This is weird,” we think. But then we see that the passenger is Oswell. Yes, he ran to meet the Uber and guide it back to us. And smiled the whole way. In sum: Great rooms. Great location. Great breakfasts. And the greatest service. I’m already jealous of whoever takes this advice to book here.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. The reception team made us welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was decorated to a high standard with views of table Mountain. Breakfast was a feast, incredible buffet and also a range of hot food to order which was delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
