Such a lovely & aesthetic spot. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed hiring out their bikes for free. They arranged drivers to and from the airport. We stayed at the upstairs room facing the road so it was a little noisy in the morning but it didn’t bother us.

I have just came back here after years from very very hot opening with many Singers/Models Stars/KOL coming here and i stayed 2 nights, booked Twin Room 50% discount promotion but they upgrade us free to Family pool view barhtub. Room facilities and all Villa room service are remained excellent! Breakfast Alacarte is very impressive and healthy serving well by well trained hospitality Staffs here. I am strong recommendation to all of you to come back and enjoy The Mansions Hoi An . Tomy Tran

This is a great accommodation experience, the hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is also delicious, and you can also eat local special noodles ( Cao lau ). The floating breakfast is beautiful and you can take nice pictures. And the most important thing: the service is great, front desk staffs are excellent, special thanks to Arthur! The private pool is so beautiful, today is our happiest day in Vietnam! I recommend people from all over the world to come to the mansion hotel! So many thanks!!

Had such a special time at the Mansion Hoi An. Arthur and staff were extremely attentive and made us feel like VIP. The breakfast is unparalleled. They also helped us with our itinerary planning such as car booking. All their recommendations were great and even their supporting drivers were excellent. I look forward to coming back and to recommending this place to anyone I know visiting Hoi An!

My family and I stayed here for about 2 nights. The place is very clean and beautifully designed. The staff were very helpful and nice. I had the VIP room with the private pool and my parents had the upstairs room. All of the rooms have wonderful amenities with everything you will need. I would highly recommend the room with the private pool! You get your own pool and private outdoor seating area (perfect for sunbathing!). Hotel is walking distance to anywhere in Hoi An as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
