A great place to stay for a reasonable price (we've made use of the special offer). The rooms are clean and are kept that way daily, the beds and pillows are excellent. We had a balcony to dry our things on the railings of, but it doesn't have anything else, like chairs or a table to sit outside. Small tip: if the shower starts acting up, just pull the plug out - it's the lid, not the drains. There is a rooftop bar with a pool, but it closes at 00:00 sharpish, and you can't access it anymore after that. All in all, though, a great stay.

Large, modern Hotel. Rooms clean, newly refurbished, very modern but not enough light and very small. Also small balcony with no chairs or even place to put them. Rooms at the front of the hotel very noisy as busy street on front. Rooms on the back with poor view. Much quiter. Swimming pool on the roof smaller than looks on the pictures with great view especially on the night. During day hard to find the place to seat. Breakfast OK but only of you like Indian/Asian kitchen. Service- very good. Friendly staff, absolutely no issues. Location - not for everyone. Very busy street, noisy. Close to Baazan night food market, Patong Beach, restaurants, shops etc. Generally good hotel but without that holiday vibe and definitely more for young couples, not for a family with children.

Great great experience!!! Good hotel , good hospitality, the service was awesome. 1. They are really care about the customers and their needs. 2. The morning breakfast, I should have given 10/10 ratings there were lot of food options and every dishes they served was delicious. 3. Roof top bar 🫶 4. All the places near Patong is walkable. Totally a worth stay!!!

Booked this place because of the rooms and it was as expected. The place was newly furnished. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is gorgeous however because of the heat It was better in the photo as the pool gets direct sunlight with no shade. Would be ideal if the pool were to open early on. Pool was also filled with drunk guest so not family friendly. Hotel is located in patong but it is quite far from the beach and did not feel safe to walk around the hotel proximity at night time. The road in front of the hotel can be very busy so didn’t feel safe to cross. My room was also on the street side and can get very loud at night. Tuktuk would be driving past blasting music after 11pm- 4am. Breakfast was very average, mainly western options

The main reason for this hotel for us is the location and the rooftop pool. This hotel did not disappoint! The hotel is 11 mins to the night market (Bazaan Fresh Market) and Muay Thai arena. The hallways and elevators gets pretty hot as no air is flowing through. The room keys control access to your room floor and other amenities only, which is pretty secure. Wished our room didn't have to rely on our room key to keep the air on because it got pretty hot when returning for the day. The room is not so quiet (we were on the 4th floor). You can hear the traffic outside and people slamming their doors. We did not include the daily breakfast however ordered in for one day. Food menu did offer Western items. Services were very welcoming. Love the staff on the rooftop. Great bar service! We had the balcony view which was okay to see the main street, an abandoned field, and a building under construction. Not a huge issue for us. We had a small incident with one staff member when my husband went to get a cup of coffee for me. The manager corrected the issue right away when it was addressed. This shouldn't deter anyone from staying.
