        The hospitality and location at this hotel are great. We spoke to Murat who was very helpful, honest and friendly, and gave good tips about traveling in Istanbul.

        We didn't even stay here but Murat was an excellent guide and helped us during our stay near Taksim. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in town!

        I have made an online reservation. 1) Totally over priced. It is Not even worth 30% of what I have paid for. 2) The bedsheets were definitely not changed. 3) The room and the bathroom badly need maintenance. From the toilet seat, to the fan, to the shower. 4) You can hear every thing happening outside your room on all floors during the night. (And during the day). 5) There seems to be some kind of a machine mounted on top of the room or on top of the hotel. Not sure whether it is the A/C or some thing else. With the sounds and vibrations it made, it felt like it was in my room. 6) The curtains in the room were not totally covering the window, they were useless. 7) When I wanted to make a comment about the room, the employee, immediately answers, before I even finish my sentence: "This was your choice of room". I immediately ended the argument. 8) They do not have taxi services. I had to drag my bag along the way climbing uphill. Until I reached a Taxi stop. 9) I cannot give you an honest opinion about the breakfast or their food, since I do not have breakfast. * I think these were the most worth mentioning points.

        Just been to Istanbul and we choose marions suite. We spend a week there and they give us warm welcome . MURET and Elahsan both are very friendly. And help u all the time with every thing. Love the view of hotel. Rooms, breakfast, staff all of it is 5/5. And it was perfect location. Highly recommended.

        The hotel has only one advantage, namely location. Apart from that, all is unpleasant and disappointing. The rooms are full of insects and not very clean. What is even worse is the unprofessional attitude of Mr . Polat, the new front desk manager. He always shows extreme disrespect to the guests and never listens to their requests. By the way, I stayed in the same hotel a few months ago, and,to my surprise, things have dramatically changed for the worse.I don’t recommend at all.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
