A very nice hotel to stay. The location is excellent , just a few minutes from metro station and the taxi is always available at the front door. The istiklal street is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a magnificent view. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists and staff were all very nice and helpful. We were group of 12 people and stayed for 7 days. The reception manager did the smooth check -in. It the quickest of check -in I had ever seen, that too for 5 rooms altogether.

The variety and quality of the breakfast menu was good, and some items were offered non-repeatingly on different days. The air conditioning system in the room was good, but the ventilation in the bathroom was not good. The light in the rooms is very low. The restaurant of the hotel on the last floor has a good view, but the forced choice of all the starter and food menu makes it expensive for you. As a summary, in this area of Istanbul, it is a relatively good choice for the price.

I have been staying in the hotel for a month. I am here on a work trip. The hotel location is excellent. Very central. The rooms are lovely, I have a room with the best views of Istanbul. The staff are wonderful! To to top it all, they have some gluten free breads available!

Nice stay. The location was great, just a few minutes from metro station and the taxi is always available at the front door. The istiklal street is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a magnificent view. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists and staff were all nice and outgoing and very helpful.

A great cozy place for your stay in Istanbul. Conveniently located to major locations in and around Taksim area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are hospitable, and the food quality is great too. In short, it's value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
