Great history, and the Marshall House exemplifies Southern Hospitality, They could’ve have been more helpful with our requests! The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had plenty of options and left us more than satisfied. The afternoon cheese and wine break was a wonderful addition to an already great stay! Dana, at guest services, was very helpful getting us pointed in the right direction for the last 1.5 hr. Free time before heading to the airport, and it afforded us a nice self directed walking tour of River Street. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again! I highly recommend The Marshall House for convenient, comfortable, friendly, welcoming, and great Savannah lodging!

My wife and stayed here on our anniversary while visiting Savannah for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel itself was very nice and very well kept for its age! We stayed in room 202 on the second floor in the corner of the hotel. Now the room itself was nice but my wife and I definitely experienced some weird things while here. Our toothbrushes turned on the first night around 3:45 am, we also heard banging from the bathrooms walls both nights and what sounded like people taking loudly. The breakfast in the morning very good as well. The hotel staff here were also all excellent. They ensured the flowers I order made it to the room as well as the last minute champagne I requested before we arrived. The valet was also helpful and retrieved my wife’s medicine from the car.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Location is fantastic. Easy walk to everywhere. We parked in a nearby garage and didn’t need to drive once all weekend. The room was lovely and loved having the balcony right outside. It is an older building so you do hear lots outside and within the walls but that’s just part of it. Service was great and loved the evening wine and music as well as the breakfast. My husband def plan on coming back soon!!

A perfect place if you enjoy staying in a unique hotel. It is very well maintained. But it is old and retains the charm. Original floors and stairs. Our room still had the original fireplace and a claw foot tub in our bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have a cocktail hour at 5 with live music. Breakfast was also included. We really enjoyed our stay

Stayed for 2 nights in Sept and I couldn't be happier that I chose a historic inn over a more modern hotel for my first visit to Savannah. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. But what I really enjoyed were the photos and artifacts depicting Savannah's history that were displayed on every floor - it was like visiting a mini museum. (Also love those undulating hardwood floors, lol.) Charming and hospitable, for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
