Absolutely loved this place! We stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the facilities that they provided. The place was super cosy, there was privacy and security, the room was really clean & well maintained, and there even was Netflix all set up for us! We went to the rooftop to see KLCC but it’s actually mostly blocked by new buildings coming up. It can get a bit noisy since construction is going on, but otherwise it would be quite a relaxing place to go to check out the beauty of KLCC and have some quiet time. Would 100% recommend coming here for a short stay with your partner, friends or family! Enjoy! :)

It was a one night airbnb arrangement for two girls, getting away from their desperate housewife lives. The two bedroom apartment we got was great but the view wasn't much to shout about as our unit was blocked by other buildings. The unit was comfortably done up and the kitchen had basic utensils. Everything was clean and neat. The only complaint was the road leading to the building is through a construction site so don't expect a grand entrance. And finding our way to the basement parking took a little navigating. Otherwise no regrets.

Lived here for 6 months And had to move out because SOMEONE BROKE INTO OUR HOUSE and stole ALL of our valuable items. The security is SO BAD here, the guards aren’t competent enough, the management did not even show any regret of what happened. Lack of cctv in this condo. No cctv at all in the corridors. AVOID

My friends and I rented the penthouse for 2 nights and it was one of the best experiences we have experienced in a while. Our first reaction into the place was overwhelming since we are at the 36th floor and the whole skyline of Kuala Lumpur is just there in front of us. The view is immensely amazing, both at night and in the morning. The penthouse we rented has 6 bedrooms (4 functional ones) and 4 bathrooms. The living room is spacious enough with a flat screen and Netflix account as well. The kitchen was fully equipped from plates to utensils to glasses to oven to a coffee machine as well. Complimentary coffees are also present. The one flaw is that the water purifier is a bit broken. The bedrooms are exceptional. They are spacious and cold if set correctly. There is the master bedroom which consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which can serve 6 people easily. Our team were 11 people and we enjoyed living there for the time we had. Overall, this place is tremendously good for a large group of people. The place is spotless, fully equipped, and good security as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
