This is a great hotel - beautiful rooms, great views, amazing breakfast, but best of all are the people... Mark, Denis, Edwin and Mia made our stay with the Middle House exceptional! Friendly, professional - exceptional! Can't wait to be back

Fantastic location , many mrt entrance , just in the shopping mall and very convenient to go any eatery or shops, take a train from airport just 50 mins. The hotel is nice decor, and the tidbits and beers and certain beverages without price are foc . The counter receptionist lady is very friendly and overall is good. Just the switch of the hotel room is not very user friendly. Take some times to find out how to switch the toilet lighting . And for room service , food is good varieties and tasty just they should indicate wat number to dial for room service etc. cos I just try and error to find out the number.

I LOVE LOVE this hotel. Its staff are delightful. The room is so comfortably proportioned with every small detail thought of. The amenities from Bamford are top. I have visited many 5-7 star hotels but this retains a boutique charm whilst being utterly professional

When we got to the front desk, they couldn’t find our booking. Eventually they found it after a long time. The rooms are tiny and awkwardly designed. The bathroom light switch for example are located next to the sink, and the bathroom door is so heavy that you’d better keep it open. But if you do so then you can’t operate the light. Due to government restriction I had to have my breakfast in the room, but while I paid breakfast already, all the breakfasts came to the final bill. Breakfast food is also very disappointing. Everybody is super friendly but nothing gets done and you have to chase, chase, chase. The worst property of the House Collection in my experience. Wish they can improve.

It just got better. My beautiful room with its spectacular view and space and now a Dyson hairdryer so I look almost as polished as my hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
