Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Midland Hotel along with a day visit to the Spa. From the moment we arrived it was so tranquil and calm. Every aspect was perfect. The staff are super friendly, the place is spotless. The beds are so comfortable that I didn't want to leave there. The spa is amazing, I had a treatment with Val and it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep on the bed. The food and service was fantastic. I would recommend a visit

I Loved my stay here, we were only there one night but was so impressed, the Hotel is amazing with such attention to detail. the beds were so comfy best night sleep in a long time, breakfast was so good plenty of variety. the staff are so lovely, every single staff member i passed was super friendly. i will for sure be back to the hotel.

Visited for Afternoon Tea. Had a drink to start in the lobby bar which was delicious and the service was great. Great service also received in the tea room, which is a beautiful setting. The food was of a very high standard and the kids afternoon tea was perfect. Many higher end places don't get a kids afternoon tea right but The Midland really did. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because there is no longer a vegetarian option, only vegan. Vegetarians want egg, cheese, the standard selection of cakes etc, not vegan substitutes. I would really expect an establishment of this standard to offer a vegetarian (not vegan) option. Would definitely visit again but PLEASE cater for vegetarians, not just vegans.

For the price and the prestige of the hotel, didn't expect black mouldy grout in the bathroom along with a loose towel rail that wasn't even screwed to wall straight to what looked like a pubic hair in the sink but was a crack that was full of dirt!! Breakfast was organised chaos, concierge was welcoming people and clearing/setting tables at the same time, not a rush in any of the other staff, while the queue was growing, food barely warm. I've waited a long time to visit this iconic hotel but since the make over its definitely too modern, soulless. One thing having modern bedrooms but the public areas were way off kilter. Its off my bucket list and not a place I will visit again. 🙂

You can never tell with these older hotels with beautiful exteriors what inside will be like. In this case I'm glad to report in this case the interior lives up to expectation. starting with an amazing lobby and circular bar area and then the rooms which were clean and tidy and matched the style of the building. Large bathroom with bath with shower over it which was good pressure and juice toiletries supplied in room. Would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
