My stay was wonderful, thanks to Rifat's efforts in making everything seamless and enjoyable. Rifat and the team's friendly, helpful, and welcoming nature added greatly to the experience. The room was fantastic, and arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel was easy and well-managed. All staff members were welcoming and friendly. I look forward to my next stay!

If I have talk about Midori, I have to start with a person named "Noor". I can call him as one stop solution for your stay ! His behavior, gentleness has amazed me. Then the over all stay experience...superb location, superb room size and amenities..best part is the prompt service which we expect most in our stay. Starting from greeting at the door from serving dinner...this property has won the 🥉 from all the aspects ! I strongly recommend this property if you are in Dhaka...be it with family or official trip ! All the best team Midori 👍

Stayed at The Midori during the initial few days of my first visit to Dhaka. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Bangladeshi hospitality and friendliness. The comfortable and tastefully appointed room made me feel relaxed immediately, while the location made it easy to check out some hotspots in the Gulshan area. Everyone I interacted with among the hotel staff was helpful and welcoming, so it felt like being at home. I have to especially mention the food. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but what amazed me was the food I ordered to my room. The place has three menus – Asian, Continental, and Indian/Bangladeshi, and every item I tried across the three sets was uniformly delicious. Would blindly choose to stay at The Midori again on my future visits to the city.

The Midori is a really nice hotel located at close the Gulshan where many businesses have their offices. The rooms are nice and well decorated. The restaurant is good though bit pricey. The staff is courteous and helpful. There are couple of issues which ai observed - 1. They have restaurant at 9th floor and I was given a room on 8th floor. It appeared the room was directly below kitchen and I couldn’t sleep well that night due to constant noise. Knowing that I would stay for few days I felt they should have given better room. It was not nice! One more point, they said bringing outside food is not allowed which I felt should be more in line with a restaurant rather than a hotel with limited food options.

I was very impressed here and I would come back to stay here again. We were getting rip-off by the rickshaw and 2 security guards come protecting us to make us feel safe and grateful. The food here is delicious. The Internet is very fast, The staff here are very polite. The room is nice and clean. not far from the mall, thank you very much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
