        Very pleasant weekend. We had mixed feelings about our stay as there was mixed from extremely good to average. But overall we had great breakout weekend. We looked for very old school stay in good area - we received that for 100% Our expectations from dinner in this kind of hotel high level restaurant was bit damaged. We expected for full of original flavours and surprising dishes but received average served dishes with no surprises and originality at all. Can admit bread and chefs compliments was great, but rest just average pub style. Service and ambiance at restaurants was great as it should be at that level hotel. Was bit disappointed on water availability. Was only cheap Belu water for very high price. Water what you can buy in any average pub for £2 we paid £8. We just went to shop and bought some water what we would like to have with us. Like I said there is mixed feelings from high to low. But we did not let our disappointments ruin our weekend and did our best to enjoy our stay. And we succeeded with great staff and service provided and that is the most important things. Rest is just small things what doesn’t really matter if we think Overall would like to thank all team but can’t leave 5 stars but 4 with huge + for sure

        Visited the Stables cocktail lounge in the Milestone Hotel. The staff and atmosphere was first class! Our server, Antonia, was lovely, attentive and very helpful with directing us on choosing a specialty cocktail. We enjoyed chatting with her and she was genuinely appreciative and interested in us as patrons. I highly recommend going for cocktails here and enjoying all it has to offer. Loved it so much that I wanted to book a room there! Enjoy!

        What a lovely place! We had a catered tea. The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious! They were able to accommodate ALL the dietary needs of our guest. Tim was wonderful in offering advice on where to go after our event. Looking forward to working with them again.

        Our favourite place to stay in London. We have just spent a wonderful 3 nights at the milestone. The staff are so lovely and attentive, nothing seems to be to much trouble for them, If it enhances your stay. The breakfast and afternoon tea both deserve a special mention, and personally, I think you would struggle to find better. We will be returning very soon

        The staff here are experts in hospitality, the best of the best. We enjoyed our stay here very much. From walking into the hotel, we felt welcomed and taken care of. After checking in, we were given a tour of the hotel, and were offered welcome drinks. The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were always just a phone call away and would get your requests sorted. The amount of attention they put into the little details really made this place stand out. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
