Everything was fine until checkout when the receptionist mentioned an unpaid amount from their restaurant, and the price changed twice during our conversation, causing confusion. Although I extended my stay due to a late flight and settled all expenses, including the laundry service for a smoother checkout, the receptionist was unprofessional. He made numerous calls to colleagues, initially implying I hadn't paid, even though I had no breakfast or room service, and they didn't provide any bills I signed to add to my room. The area is pleasant with many markets, restaurants, and cafes, but it's a bit of a walk to the metro. The rooms are spacious and modern but appear overused and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the bathroom's black marble had numerous water stains, making it feel dirty as showing in my picture. Staff are wonderful helpful and except for few of them

This isn’t the 4 stars hotel standard. The room has no tissue, sun/ light can come through in the morning from the broken blind side. Never refill body shower gel & water. Thought it was a quiet room, ended up 3rd night was annoyed by the loud noise from the club below. Called to front desk to solve problem but useless. Music starts from 10:30pm and was told the club close at 1am. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED A GOOD REST.

Its a great location, affordable and it seemingly once was a luxury hotel but unfortunately the rooms have suffered from lack of upkeep. The shower had built up limescale all around to the point where it felt too gross to shower, the tv only had local channels, the internet was very poor and the “garden view” faces a soccer field that keeps its lights on all night and the blackout blinds dont extend far enough to keep the light out. the best thing about this hotel, is the manager ibrahim- he really deserves to work somewhere better.

It is not the greatest hotel, but felt welcome. For the price i think it is definitely worth. Take note of your room direction as mine is facing a bar with noises at night. Polite and prompt staff made my stay pleasant.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
