It is not a luxury hotel, but often staying here. I like this place because of easy parking space, big and clean room, walking distance to the 24-hrs The Street and about 5-7 minutes to MRT station.

Pleasant experience with mini R. Staffs; though young but rendered superb service and were very helpful during my 4 nights stay. Room is spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. Excellent location, walking distance to Ratchada night market and Esplanade Mall with the famous “After You” dessert. Highly recommended.

Stayed several times while going to the dental clinic in the same building. Very clean modern rooms and very quiet. Staff is great and helpful, we have left luggage several times to lighten our load while traveling. MRT about 500 meters away.

Hotel facilities are good! Staff are polite and helpful, wifi is also available. If you want to go ayutthaya, it is about 1 1/2 hour car ride from their hotel as it is near highway. If you want to go to city centre, you can walk 10mins to huai kwang mrt station and change mrt line at sukhumit station. There is a lord ganesha temple behind huai kwang station and it is popular with locals and foreigners alike. If you are hungry at night, 7-11 is just opposite or you can walk about 7 mins to big c and the street shopping centre where it is open 24/7. Lemongrass massage is superb and opened till 12am daily. Worth to stay again next time~

Only stayed one night at this hotel but it was great value fore the money, and huge clean rooms. Literally next door to Bangkok international dental centre which is why I was there. Great massage place 50 mentored away and close to bars, restaurants and transport. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
