The stuff was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The patio is nice for hot weather! However, the room was in bad condition and there was little soundproofing in it :( I could not rest at all.

Very good location, a bit far from the crowds. The hotel is ok, not as luxurious as the photos make it look like. The rooms should be refurbished soon, the cleaning is average. Fun fact was that the shower in the double deluxe room is a little room on its own with the toilet in a separate room with a TV in it! Really liked the lighting. Polite staff. Good beds although the leather is falling apart

Great little hotel with lovely staff. Room was spacious and quiet (and soundproofed with padding), and the bed was comfortable. AC was very effective. Shower wasn’t the best and didn’t seem to want to run cold water only. Great neighbourhood with some outstanding cocktail bars on the doorstep. All in all, decent and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel boasts an ultra-modern design featuring spacious rooms. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room has impressive technology that allows you to control every aspect of the room with just your fingertips on both of the bed side tables. Additionally, they provide a powerful hair dryer, and the generously sized smart TV adds to the experience. While I would have given it 5 stars, I rated it 4 stars because I noticed dust on certain surfaces in the room. Although housekeeping attended to the room daily, a greater attention to detail or improved supervision might be necessary. This small issue slightly detracted from the overall experience, which was otherwise enhanced by the ultra-modern design.

Stayed here for 7 nights in August ‘23. This is now my favourite hotel in Barcelona having visited the city 5 times before. The location is great, every single member of staff I interacted with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was beautiful, very modern, AC was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the terrace was perfect too. The hotel itself is very cool, most of the building is made up of mirrors which makes taking the elevator and the rooms very cool. 10/10 would recommend and thank you for a great stay! Special shout-out to Diego! Although genuinely, every staff member I spoke to should get a shout out

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
