Probably the best Service I've had in any hotel around the world. We initially planned to stay just one night, then our flight got cancelled, and the Reception no questions asked let us keep the same room and even let us use the Meeting room to work from (you normally have to book it in advance). Any questions and suggestions we had, every employee we encountered was very glad to help. The room itself was actually a pretty good size for an old building in the centre of the city. Of course the building has been very recently renovated and is kept to a high standard. The breakfast was also amazing- surprisingly good, one of the rare cases in Greece where it's actually worth eating at the hotel. It really should be classed as a 5-star hotel.

A fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, really get the feeling of being welcome and home. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room is spotless, with complimentary water and espresso. They even have a minibar in the room with different choice of cocktails. The best was the breakfast on the rooftop, a definite must try. This was the perfect end to my trip in Greece.

I recently visited Salonica with friends and we stayed at this beautiful hotel in prime downtown location. It was a memorable experience: the service was impeccable, the atmosphere and the art deco style is distinct and transported us to another era, the breakfast was good, made of fresh products, the rooms equipped with anything one would need ! Thank you the Modernist Thessaloniki for this memorable experience !

We had an great experience at this hotel! The location in the city centre was perfect, making it convenient to explore. The room was stylish, neat and clean. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and desk manager. They not only provided us with a map and fantastic restaurant recommendations, but their friendliness made us feel right at home. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delightful start to the day. The entire staff was incredibly nice and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the body milk provided – it was so amazing that I couldn't resist purchasing one to take home. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a sleeping mask as a gift from the hotel. It's these thoughtful touches that truly make a stay memorable. Without a doubt, if I find myself in Thessaloniki again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. This hotel has won me over with its exceptional service.

The modernist is a really nice an comfy hotel! Nice room. Nice bed. Perfect for a short stay. In the middle of the centre. You can reach any shops and restaurants by feet. But especially the breakfast was amazing there. There are two women who makes everything by their own. So personal and so delicious. I was so happy to see them by work and of course so happy about the variety of the breakfast and sweets… for everyone who is reading my review… you have to taste the cheesecake… unbelievable 🤤 and any other sweets. Thank you so much! Nice regards

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
