The one good thing about this place is good location. Close to everything. It’s not worth the price we paid for. It takes 10 minutes to get hot water in the morning so get up earlier if you have to be somewhere. There’s no reception at front desk. They didn’t leave us drinking water and when we called one of the numbers, she told us to go get them at a nearby grocery. This is the kind of service we had. Definitely not recommend this place. We won’t be staying here next time in BCN.

Stayed here in July in a triple room for 3 nights. Great location and gorgeous room. Comfortable beds and very clean. Easy intructions emailed to us for building & key access. Interesting set up, seems to be an old house / apartment renovated into 8 hotel rooms. Daily room service was good with bottles of cold water provided. AirCon good although a fan would have been better at night. Noise at night is pretty bad in the bed closest to the window if you’re a poor sleeper. Decor lovely. Very small room for 3 people and we probably could not have done an extra day.

I had some issues with my booking and the staff were super fast and incredibly helpful and considerate. The front desk team helped me out so much. I am very thankful and will definetly consider this hotel again just because of the customer experience I have had with them!

We spent a few days in Barcelona on vacation and stayed at The Mo House. The very friendly staff helped us at all times during our stay, they even offered us beach towels when we went to the beach, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and they gave us coffee, bottled water, and cookies every day. We will definitely be back again!!

Don’t be put off by the reviews regarding the noise! Yes, it is located in the city center so it is not quiet. But you will stay in a beautiful & renovated room with large windows letting in a lot of sunlight. The location is perfect for exploring. The metro Arc De Triomf is right across the corner. You can walk to the El Born and El Gotic district in minutes. The street is nice with lot of bakeries and places to get a bite or drink. We stayed at the “Double room gallery extra bed”. The check in is super easy with a code that you receive by email. So no hassle with checking in and out. We received coffee capsules and cookies. The room was cleaned everyday, beds made up and towels refreshed on request. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I can absolutely recommend this place. We will be back next year! :-)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
