Rafael was great, he was very helpful and friendly letting me use the hotel phone charger. The room was lovely, very clean with a cool balcony view. I definitely recommend staying here! I will stay here again when I return to Marbella!

I tried to book accommodation via the website but there was an issue, on arrival I was greated by a very lovely member of staff, who I believe to be the owner. He quoted me a price a little more expensive than the website provided, which I showed him. He was more than accomodating to match the price that was displayed. For €35 per night and your own room and bathroom, I think this was a great deal. Super ideal location on a quaint back street in the old town. Highly recommend

Had an amazing stay at The Monkey Room. The staff and service providing things like a hairdryer and shampoo on request, the check in process was very easy and even when we had to check out we could still leave our things there. The rooms are very nice and clean and the AC works well.

Awful room! It smelt of damp and left me with a horrible feeling throat in the morning. Slept terrible as you can hear water trickling down a pipe every time someone goes toilet or showers. Walls are paper thin and you can hear all the drunks coming back. The only window we had was to the hallway, which was strange. And there was random mess left outside the window. There was no toilet roll and no one of reception to ask. We had to ask someone else in their room. Horrible, would not stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
